Our pal, Maggy over at Red Ted Art, has a series about kids crafts inspired by the great masters in art, we’ve had a couple of “master” inspired projects in the past, Kandinsky inspired Circles, and Pollock inspired Drip Painting.
Today, we are inspired by Pablo Picasso…we are making silly faces!

I made the mistake of creating a semi-normal face first. This art project would probably be a bit more true-to-Picasso if I had not made a sample… my six and seven year olds had fun interpreting cubism in their own way.
