Fun Mardi Gras Recipes for Fat Tuesday and Arts and Crafts

Mardis Gras is on February 21, 2012 this year – just about 2 weeks away.  We don’t usually do too much to celebrate it but the kids have fun doing mardi gras crafts and I may make a Jambalaya if I’m craving it.
